Yup! You heard me.. (or read it correctly). 🙂 We got our referral two days before Thanksgiving and what an added blessing to be thankful about! We officially confirmed the match just yesterday so you can imagine our excitement.  We can’t post any pictures until he is legally ours but he is a bundle of brown sugar with big brown eyes and a super sweet smile. He’s a year and a half right now and looks like such a happy baby.
What’s so cool to me is that he was born in May of 2012 and that’s when we started this whole process (check out our timeline)! He’s absolutely perfect and it amazes me to think that before the beginning of time, God already planned for this little boy to be in our family. He was ours all along!
However, the journey doesn’t end just yet. Sadly, it’ll take several months for us to go and get him so until then, please say a prayer for us. Many of you have asked how you can help. We are more than halfway there so we’ve set up a fund to help us with the rest.
