Our match is a 8 month old beautiful baby girl. And we said ‘YES’!! She’ll turn one in May, which means we get to celebrate a summer birthday! Woo-hoo! 🙂 The kids were initially disappointed when they heard we’re only getting ONE baby. They were hoping for a boy AND a girl but their disappointment didn’t last long when they saw her picture. The only question they had was whether another family was going to take her from us. So sad to hear their concerns but we’re embracing the news as a family – hoping and praying she’ll be in our lives to stay. They are super excited and talk about her in all of their conversations so here’s to being a step closer!
Now, if we can only get the paperwork rolling..
