I just got a call from our agency of how the CARA system unexpectedly opened up for special needs families today and we were able to be registered into their system!!! (We happen to be a ‘special needs family’ since we requested two children.) Can’t even describe how excited I am! Alan and I are super elated today and sooo very grateful. God is still on the throne and HE IS ALWAYS GOOD!!
Next step- being paired up with our children. 🙂
