Tomato Garlic Peppery Shrimp

Our family LOVES certain foods – like bacon, cheese, mushrooms, and shrimp (among a few others). They are foods that sometimes cause discord in our family. We can easily fight about who gets the last bite of it. I know it sounds silly but we’re pretty serious about food. Haha. 

If you’re anything like me, I’m always looking for meals that are easy to whip up but tastes great. Shrimp has become a quick go-to when I don’t have time for chicken to defrost. I came across this spicy shrimp recipe a few months ago and had to try it out because it sounded and looked divine. Now that I’ve tried it, it’s a thumbs up from the George fam! I’m pretty sure you’ll love it as much as we do. 

Note: 

  • I didn’t grill the shrimp as directed in the recipe but sauteed it in a skillet instead. It still turned out great. I served it with some plain rice.
