It’s almost the end of the year and a few days ago we just received a beautiful donation for Christmas, which brings us up to 47% of our current goal!!!! (Lil George Fund: http://www.gofundme.com/5lymfo) The donation was just an act of obedience spurred by dreams of our little boy. Isn’t that neat? God gave someone dreams of our boy and she just knew that God was asking her to give towards our adoption! We couldn’t have asked for a better gift for our baby boy this year.
Christmas 2013 was blessed as we celebrated the birth of our Lord as a family of four, along with family and friends…. you all know who you are!! It was also special being able to celebrate with my mom and dad this year. Dad has been struggling with Parkinson’s for several years now which makes everything a bit challenging for him. He actually played games with us and we saw him walking and talking which is such a miracle to us in comparison to his last visit! So grateful! And my lil girl was excited to help by washing dishes (not sure how long that will last but I’ll take it while I can). Ah, now looking forward to Christmas 2014 with an addition to our household. 🙂
